It is no use nagging God asking him to save you because you have in yourself no inducements that can possibly persuade God to save you. And anyway it is perfectly unnecessary to nag, because God has, independently of your anxiety, gratuitously, unexpectedly and inexplicably, given you everything in the way of salvation that you could possibly want in Christ.
