HOW TO BOOK FOR MASS ONLINE

Masses on Sunday 18th July 2021

All the measures in place are to keep us all safe and make it possible for us to attend Mass.  It is important for Track, Trace and Isolate that you make yourself known to the steward at the main door before going into church. We must be able to account for everyone entering and ensure that those who have booked are seated in a cleaned, sanitised pew. 

There is a pew allocated for everyone who has registered either online or by phone.  The church is regularly at full capacity for COVID 19 compliance.  If you have booked and cannot attend please text 0777 616 3856 so we can offer your place to those on the waiting list. 

If you have not arrived by 8.35 or 11.05, we will give your place to anyone who has come to the church hoping to attend Mass, for example visitors to Newbury.

If you are a family/couple/support bubble as one household, you only need to ‘book’ one ticket.  A booking/ticket on Eventbrite is a pew.

If you attend Mass alone you must sit in a pew alone. Please do not invite anyone to share your pew unless they are part of your support bubble.  There is a pew allocated for everyone who has registered either online or by phone.

Online registration for the 8.30 am Mass opens on Friday 16th July at 8.30 am and closes on Saturday 17th July at 10 am. 

There are 17 pews available for online registration for 8.30 am Mass. The link to Eventbrite is:

Online registration for the 11 am Mass opens on Friday 16th July at 10 am and closes on Saturday 17th July at 10 am.

The timings allow for us to identify how many pews are available for registration by phone on Saturdays between 10.30 and 12 noon only to Mary Barnard on 07776163856.

Mass will be streamed from the church for those of you who are unable to attend in person and will be available on the Parish website at 12 noon on Sundays.

(We will endeavour to have Mass on line by 11am but this may not always be possible, but it will be available for viewing as soon as possible so please bear with us whilst we start out with this)
